تعلن مدرسة عبد العزيز الدولية - فرع السليمانية بالرياض (الخليج الغربي) عن توفر وظيفة معلم لغة إنجليزية للانضمام إلى كادرها التعليمي.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى ضمان نجاح الطلاب ومساعدتهم على تحقيق إمكاناتهم الكاملة من خلال تطبيق منهج وفلسفة SABIS® التعليمية، والاستخدام المستمر لأساليب التدريس الخاصة بـ SABIS®. تُعد SABIS® شبكة تعليمية عالمية ذات تواجد في 21 دولة عبر خمس قارات، وتتمتع بسمعة مرموقة في تقديم تعليم عالي الجودة يعد الطلاب لمواجهة تحديات عالم متغير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تدريس الفصل باستخدام خطط الدروس المقدمة (مع إمكانية تطويرها بناءً على جداول التقدم حسب الحاجة) لتدريس المادة وفق نظام النقاط المعتمد من SABIS®.
- تصحيح الامتحانات المتعلقة بالمادة المدرسة وفق الجدول والمواد المقدمة من القسم.
- مناقشة قضايا الانضباط وأداء الطلاب مع مراقب الجودة الأكاديمية ورئيس القسم حسب الحاجة.
- تطبيق نظام النقاط الخاص بـ SABIS® لضمان بيئة تعليمية مناسبة في الفصل.
- مراقبة الامتحانات حسب الحاجة مع ضمان بيئة اختبار مناسبة ومنظمة.
- تقديم الدعم للطلاب ذوي الأداء المنخفض أكاديمياً من خلال التوجيه والتحفيز لمساعدتهم على التحسن وتحقيق إمكاناتهم الكاملة.
- إعداد ومتابعة خطط التحضير للامتحانات الخارجية من خلال مراجعة الامتحانات السابقة وفق خطة المراجعة المنظمة (عند الحاجة لمستويات صفية محددة).
- المساعدة في المهام التي قد تشمل اختبار الطلاب، التعويض عن المعلمين الغائبين، تنظيم الطلاب للغداء والحافلات، تنظيم حركة المرور (المركبات والأشخاص)، ومهام إدارية أخرى بتكليف من إدارة المدرسة.
- إعداد والمشاركة في خطط الأنشطة المتعلقة بأحداث حياة الطلاب مثل الفنون، الأيام المفتوحة، والتربية البدنية، بالتنسيق مع منسق حياة الطلاب.
- حضور الدورات التدريبية عند الحصول على طلب من إدارة المدرسة لتعزيز فهم نظام SABIS® وتحسين الأداء العام للطلاب.
- أداء مهام أو مشاريع أخرى ذات صلة عند ظهورها وتفويضها من إدارة المدرسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة تدريسية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة.
- السلوك المهني والأخلاقي.
- الالتزام بجميع متطلبات التوظيف بما في ذلك المؤهلات التعليمية وشهادات التصريح اللازمة حسب متطلبات البلد والمحلية، وفحوصات الخلفية الجنائية.

Job Purpose
Ensuring students’ success and helping them reach their full potential by implementing the SABIS® curriculum and philosophy and through the consistent use of the SABIS® teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching a class using the provided lesson plans (may also be asked to develop such plans based on the provided pacing charts as relevant and needed) for their subject(s) in order to be able to teach using the SABIS® point system.
- Marking exams related to the taught subject in accordance with the schedule and material provided by the department.
- Discussing disciplinary and student performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD) as needed.
- Implementing the SABIS® Point System to ensure an environment conducive to learning in the classroom.
- Proctoring exams as needed while ensuring an adequate and properly managed test environment.
- Providing support for the academically low-performing students through guidance and motivation to help them improve and reach their full potential.
- Developing and/or following up on external exams preparation by going through previous exams as planned in the structured revision schedule (when applicable to specific grade levels).
- Aiding in duties that may include testing students, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for lunches and buses, controlling traffic (vehicles and people), and other administrative duties as assigned by the school management.
- Preparing and participating in activity plans related to student life events such as but not limited to art, open houses, and physical education, in coordination with the Student Life Coordinator (SLC).
- Attending training sessions when needed and as requested by the school management in order to enhance the understanding of the SABIS® system and improve the overall performance of students.
- Performing other related tasks or projects as they arise and as delegated by the school management.
- Bachelor degree in a related subject matter and/or equivalent
