تعلن شركة webook.com، المنصة الرائدة في بيع التذاكر وحجز التجارب في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن توفر وظيفة مدير الاستراتيجية (Director of Strategy) في الرياض. سيتولى هذا الدور إنشاء وإدارة مكتب إدارة الاستراتيجية (SMO) والعمل مباشرة مع كبير مسؤولي الاستراتيجية والقيادة التنفيذية وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، وهو مناسب لمن يستمتع ببناء الوظائف من الأساس وخلق الهيكلة في بيئات سريعة الحركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وإدارة مكتب إدارة الاستراتيجية (SMO) بما يشمل نماذج الحوكمة وعمليات التخطيط وهياكل OKR وتقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ولوحات المعلومات التنفيذية.
- تنسيق المراجعات الربعية للأعمال ودورات التخطيط الاستراتيجي.
- تتبع تنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية على مستوى الشركة وضمان المساءلة عبر الإدارات.
- تطوير أطر التقارير للقيادة التنفيذية ومجلس الإدارة.
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الشركة عبر الأسواق الحالية والمستقبلية.
- بناء أطر تقييم السوق والتوسع لفرص النمو الدولية.
- قيادة مبادرات استراتيجية متعددة الوظائف ومراقبة الإنجاز وفق المستهدفات.
- التعاون مع فريق الاستثمار لتقييم عمليات الاستحواذ والشراكات والفرص الاستثمارية.
- دعم عمليات العناية الواجبة التجارية والاستراتيجية.
- المساعدة في تخطيط التكامل والتنفيذ بعد الصفقة عند الحاجة.
- تطوير أطر تقييم الملاءمة الاستراتيجية وخلق القيمة طويلة الأجل.
- إعداد مواد مجالس الإدارة والعروض التقديمية الاستراتيجية والسرديات الموجهة للمستثمرين.
- دعم التواصل مع المساهمين المؤسسيين وأصحاب المصلحة الاستراتيجيين.
- تقديم التحليلات والتوصيات الاستراتيجية للقيادة العليا.
- قيادة وتطوير أعضاء فريق الاستراتيجية وتعزيز القدرات الداخلية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة التنفيذ وحل المشكلات التحليلية وبناء ثقافة عالية الأداء قائمة على الملكية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة تتراوح بين 8-12 سنة في مجال الاستراتيجية أو التطوير المؤسسي أو التحول أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في بناء أو إدارة مكتب إدارة الاستراتيجية (SMO) أو وظيفة تنفيذ استراتيجي مماثلة.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة المبادرات من الاستراتيجية إلى التنفيذ وتحقيق نتائج أعمال قابلة للقياس.
- خلفية في بيئات النمو العالي أو الشركات الناشئة المتوسعة أو المدعومة برأس المال الخاص أو رأس المال المخاطر أو ما قبل الطرح العام.
- تعرض لعمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ والشراكات وتقييم الاستثمار ومبادرات التوسع في الأسواق.
- خبرة في إعداد وتقديم المواد للقيادة التنفيذية أو مجالس الإدارة.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (طلاقة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية واستراتيجية قوية.
- القدرة على بناء العمليات والهياكل من الصفر.
- إتقان إعداد العروض التقديمية الاستراتيجية والتقارير.
- خبرة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة على المستوى التنفيذي ومجلس الإدارة.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Management Office
- Establish and lead the SMO, including governance models, planning processes, OKR structures, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards
- Coordinate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning cycles
- Track execution of company-wide strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across departments
- Develop reporting frameworks for executive leadership and board visibility
- Support the development and execution of corporate strategy across existing and future markets
- Build market assessment and expansion frameworks for international growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and monitor delivery against targets
- Partner with the investments team on evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, and venture opportunities
- Support commercial and strategic due diligence processes
- Assist with integration planning and post-deal execution where required
- Develop frameworks for assessing strategic fit and long-term value creation
- Prepare board materials, strategic presentations, and investor-facing narratives
- Support communication with institutional shareholders and strategic stakeholders

- Background within high-growth, scale-up, PE-backed, VC-backed, or pre-IPO environments
- Exposure to M&A, partnerships, investment evaluation, or market expansion initiatives
- Experience preparing and presenting materials for senior executives or boards
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Experience in live events, entertainment, sports, marketplaces, or consumer technology
- Familiarity with the Saudi and broader MENA business landscape
