نبذة عن الوظيفة
- الميكانيكي الصناعي سيعمل في مصنع الرياض بدوام كامل، لدعم التشغيل المستمر والآمن لمعدات الإنتاج.
- تشمل المهام اليومية إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية على الأفران وخطوط الإنتاج والآلات ذات الصلة، وتشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية وتنفيذ الإصلاحات في الوقت المناسب.
- يشمل الدور فحص أداء المعدات، واستبدال الأجزاء البالية، وضبط الإعدادات، والتنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج لتقليل وقت التوقف.
- سيقوم الميكانيكي الصناعي أيضًا بتوثيق أنشطة الصيانة، واتباع إجراءات السلامة، والمساهمة في تحسين الموثوقية والكفاءة والأداء العام للمعدات في بيئة صناعية عالية الإنتاجية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- قدرات قوية في الصيانة والإصلاح، بما في ذلك خبرة عملية في الصيانة والإصلاح الصناعي ومهام الصيانة العامة.
- معرفة عملية بالآلات المستخدمة في بيئات الإنتاج الصناعي، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في القطاع الصناعي.
- خبرة في عمليات الطحن (Milling) أو العمليات الميكانيكية المماثلة، ومعرفة بالمعدات الدوارة والمتحركة.

Company Description The National Company for Glass Industries operates the National Factory for Glass Bottles (NFGB), established in 1991 and located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The factory produces around 150 types of glass containers, ranging from 88 ml to 1250 ml, in various shapes, colors, and finishes for local and international customers. Backed by 100% investment from Zoujaj, NFGB runs two modern furnaces and five state-of-the-art production lines with an annual capacity of about 123,000 MT. The plant features advanced European machinery, on-line labeling, camera-based inspection systems, automatic packaging, and off-line decorating machines to ensure high-quality, customized glass products.
Role Description The Industrial Mechanic will work on-site at the Riyadh factory in a full-time capacity, supporting continuous and safe operation of production equipment. Daily tasks include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on furnaces, production lines, and related machinery, as well as diagnosing mechanical issues and executing timely repairs. The role involves inspecting equipment performance, replacing worn parts, adjusting settings, and coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime. The Industrial Mechanic will also document maintenance activities, follow safety procedures, and contribute to improvements in reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment performance in a high-volume industrial environment.

Qualifications
- Strong maintenance and repair capabilities, including hands-on experience with industrial Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance tasks.
- Practical knowledge of Machinery used in industrial production environments, preferably within the Industrial Sector.
- Experience with Milling or similar mechanical processes, and familiarity with rotational and moving equipment.
- Technical diploma or vocational certification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance schedules.
- Understanding of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe handling of tools and equipment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems; knowledge of electrical fundamentals is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on shifts, respond to urgent maintenance needs, and collaborate with cross-functional factory teams.
