The Aesthetics Derma | Brand Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Brand Manager will lead the strategic development, positioning, and growth of the company's dermatology and aesthetics portfolio. This includes developing and executing brand plans, managing product launches, creating marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints. The role involves working closely with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and internal sales teams to increase product awareness, drive market adoption, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, developing promotional materials and educational initiatives, managing marketing budgets, and monitoring brand performance through key performance indicators. The Brand Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and digital marketing to ensure successful execution of brand strategies, support product lifecycle management, and organize scientific meetings, workshops, congresses, and promotional events. The role also requires preparing regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to strengthen the company's leadership in the dermatology and aesthetics market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years marketing experience with an extensive aesthetic/derma  background
• Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign development, KOL management and congress/event execution
• Digital and social media marketing capability
• Strong analytical and budget management skills
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing / Science / Pharmacy); a marketing qualification is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English
