Company Description Omnia Ascent is a Saudi multidisciplinary company that delivers integrated solutions across design & build, engineering, surveying, and deep cleaning services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects from concept through execution.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Surveyor role based in the Riyadh Region. The Surveyor will conduct field surveys, collect and analyze spatial and topographical data, and prepare accurate measurements, maps, and reports to support design, engineering, and construction projects. Daily responsibilities include operating survey instruments and GPS equipment, setting out points and boundaries, verifying site levels, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other technical teams to ensure data integrity. The role involves documenting survey results, maintaining organized records, complying with relevant regulations and standards, and contributing to project planning and execution by providing precise surveying information. The Surveyor will also monitor site progress, identify discrepancies, and recommend adjustments to maintain alignment with project specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong technical surveying skills, including experience with total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and digital leveling tools.
• Proficiency in surveying and mapping software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent) and basic data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering principles, site layout, and relevant local codes and standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with clients and site personnel.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prepare clear drawings, reports, and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in varying field conditions, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects or tasks concurrently.
• Diploma in Surveying or a related field; professional certification or registration is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Surveyor in construction, engineering, or related industries, preferably within the Riyadh Region or similar environments.
• Working knowledge of safety practices and site HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are considered an asset.
