Role Description The Oral Surgery Specialist will perform a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, minor reconstructive procedures, and management of oral pathology. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, developing treatment plans, and providing clear, compassionate pre- and post-operative instructions. The specialist will collaborate closely with general dentists, hygienists, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate care and ensure a seamless patient experience. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to safety and infection control protocols, and participating in case reviews and continuous professional development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical skills in oral and maxillofacial surgery, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of common surgical procedures.
• Strong patient care and communication abilities, with a focus on clear explanations, empathy, and culturally sensitive interactions.
• Commitment to strict infection control, safety protocols, and adherence to relevant clinical guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with dental and medical colleagues and support staff.
• Relevant dental degree and recognized specialization in oral and maxillofacial surgery; eligibility for appropriate professional licensing in Jeddah.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic medical records and managing clinical documentation.
