Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the real estate market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to align messaging. The Marketing Specialist will prepare marketing materials, manage digital and offline marketing channels, track campaign performance, and support events and activations that strengthen the Land of the Braves brand. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and a high-quality experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze trends, segment audiences, and develop effective campaigns.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to support lead nurturing, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with sales teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, basic analytics) and familiarity with brand-building in real estate or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
