تعلن شركة بوسكاليس (Boskalis) عبر ذراعها سمت لم نالكو (Smit Lamnalco) عن توفر وظيفة كبير مرشدين بحريين (Senior Marine Pilot) في جازان، المملكة العربية السعودية، لتقديم خدمات إرشاد آمنة وفعالة للسفن في ميناء جازان (JCPDI) ومرافق أرامكو السعودية ونقطة الرسو الأحادية (SPM)، مع الالتزام باللوائح والمعايير الدولية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات إرشاد آمنة وفعالة للسفن القادمة والمغادرة والمتحركة والراسية داخل حدود ميناء جازان (JCPDI) والمرافق المرتبطة به ومواقع نقطة الرسو الأحادية (SPM) البحرية المخصصة.
- تقديم المشورة الملاحية المهنية لقادة السفن وطواقم غرفة القيادة لضمان حركة آمنة لجميع أنواع السفن داخل الميناء ومداخله.
- تقييم الأحوال الجوية وحالة البحر والمد والجزر والتيارات وحركة الملاحة والمخاطر الملاحية لتحديد معايير التشغيل الآمن ودعم قرارات الإرشاد.
- وضع خطط الإرشاد والرسو وإبلاغها لقادة السفن وقادة الزوارق وفرق الإرساء ومركز خدمات الملاحة البحرية (VTS) وممثلي المحطة والأطراف الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- توجيه استخدام الزوارق وترتيبات الإرساء أثناء عمليات الرسو والفك والتحرك.
- الحفاظ على التواصل والتنسيق الفعال مع مركز خدمات الملاحة البحرية (VTS) وسلطات الميناء ومشغلي المحطة وطواقم غرفة القيادة طوال العمليات.
- ضمان الامتثال لتعليمات قائد الميناء ولوائح الميناء وإجراءات الشركة واللوائح البحرية الوطنية والدولية المعمول بها.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الإرشاد والتقارير والوثائق بدقة وفقاً لمتطلبات الشركة.
- المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث واجتماعات السلامة وتمارين الاستجابة للطوارئ والمراجعات التشغيلية، ودعم مبادرات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وثقافة السلامة القوية.
- المساهمة في توجيه وتطوير المرشدين المبتدئين، وكذلك في التحسين المستمر للسلامة البحرية والكفاءة التشغيلية وخدمة العملاء.
- المشاركة في المناوبات التشغيلية على مدار 24 ساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع والاستعداد لأداء مهام الإرشاد حسب المتطلبات التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة كفاءة بحار أول درجة 1 (غير محدود) (Master Mariner Class 1 Unlimited) سارية المفعول، وشهادة لياقة طبية سارية، وإتمام برنامج تدريب المرشدين وفقاً لقرار المنظمة البحرية الدولية A.960 أو برنامج معادل معترف به.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كمرشد بحري، تشمل عمليات الإرشاد في الموانئ والناقلات والمواقع البحرية ونقطة الرسو الأحادية (SPM)، ويفضل أن تكون في موانئ تجارية كبرى أو موانئ صناعية أو محطات النفط والغاز.
- معرفة قوية بمناولة السفن وعمليات الزوارق وإدارة موارد غرفة القيادة وأفضل ممارسات الإرشاد وأنظمة الملاحة الحديثة بما في ذلك نظام المعلومات الجغرافية الإلكتروني (ECDIS) والرادار ومعدات الإرشاد.
- خبرة سابقة في الشرق الأوسط أو المملكة العربية السعودية، بالإضافة إلى التعرض لعمليات مركز خدمات الملاحة البحرية (VTS) وأنظمة إدارة الموانئ وعمليات محطات الحاويات وعمليات البضائع السائبة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي)، ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- تدريب أو شهادة في إدارة موارد غرفة القيادة (BRM) والعوامل البشرية.
- مهارات قيادية قوية، واتخاذ القرارات، والوعي الظرفي، وتقييم المخاطر.

Your Responsibilities As a Senior Marine Pilot
- Conduct safe and efficient pilotage operations for vessels arriving, departing, shifting, berthing, and unberthing within JCPDI Port limits, associated facilities, and assigned offshore SPM locations.
- Provide professional navigational advice to vessel Masters and bridge teams to ensure the safe movement of all vessel types within the port and its approaches.
- Assess weather, sea state, tides, currents, traffic, and navigational hazards to determine safe operating parameters and support pilotage decisions.
- Develop and communicate pilotage and berthing plans with vessel Masters, tug Masters, mooring teams, VTS, terminal representatives, and other relevant parties.
- Direct tug usage and mooring arrangements during berthing, unberthing, and vessel shifting operations.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with VTS, port authorities, terminal operators, and vessel bridge teams throughout operations.
- Ensure compliance with Harbour Master Instructions, port regulations, company procedures, and applicable national and international maritime regulations.
- Maintain accurate pilotage records, reports, and documentation in line with company requirements.
- Participate in incident investigations, safety meetings, emergency response exercises, and operational reviews, while actively supporting HSE initiatives and a strong safety culture.
- Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior pilots, as well as continuous improvement in marine safety, operational efficiency, and customer service.
- Participate in a 24/7 operational roster and remain available for pilotage duties as required by operational demands.
You can make your mark as a Senior Marine Pilot if you have:
- Master Mariner Class 1 (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency, valid medical fitness certification, and completion of IMO Resolution A.960 Pilot Training or an equivalent recognised pilot training programme.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Marine Pilot, including harbour, tanker, offshore, and SPM pilotage operations, preferably within major commercial ports, industrial ports, or oil and gas terminals.
- Strong knowledge of ship handling, tug operations, bridge resource management, pilotage best practices, and modern navigation systems including ECDIS, radar, and pilotage equipment.
- Previous experience in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia, as well as exposure to VTS operations, port management systems, container terminal operations, and bulk cargo operations.
- Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Training or certification in Bridge Resource Management (BRM) and Human Factors.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, situational awareness, and risk assessment skills.
