Role Description The Consultant / Specialist Dermatologist & Laser Physician at Dental Kingdom is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The physician will provide comprehensive dermatological consultations, diagnose and manage a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

Daily responsibilities include performing laser procedures and other aesthetic dermatology treatments, ensuring safe use of laser equipment, and monitoring patient outcomes. The role involves collaborating with dental and medical colleagues to support integrated patient care, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and adhering to evidence-based guidelines and local regulations.

The physician will also educate patients about treatment options, aftercare, and preventive skin health, participate in quality improvement activities, and support the clinic’s standards of safety, ethics, and patient experience.

Requirements:

• Valid SCFHS license.

• Proven experience in dermatology, aesthetic procedures, and laser treatments.

• Existing patient clientele and the ability to attract and retain patients are highly preferred.

Position Details:

• Revenue-sharing compensation model (percentage-based).

• Flexible working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification in Dermatology, with recognized training and experience in medical and aesthetic dermatology.
• Proven clinical experience in laser dermatology, including safe operation of laser devices for hair removal, vascular and pigment lesions, skin rejuvenation, and scar treatment.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills in general dermatology, including management of inflammatory, infectious, autoimmune, and cosmetic skin conditions.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, with excellent communication skills for explaining procedures, risks, and treatment plans in a clear and respectful manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and patients.
• High standards of clinical documentation, attention to detail, and adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and ethical practice.
• Experience or strong interest in aesthetic medicine, including non-surgical procedures such as injectables, chemical peels, and skin resurfacing (preferred).
• Valid license to practice dermatology in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain licensing, along with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ongoing commitment to professional development, staying current with dermatology and laser technology advances through continuing education.
