يسر شركة لوريال (L'Oréal) عن فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة Product Specialist في قسم L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty، للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل كمندوب طبي لعلامة CeraVe التجارية، وتكون مسؤولاً عن بناء وتعزيز العلاقات مع الأطباء والمتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية، مما يسهم في تحسين صحة المرضى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز الدعوة للعلامة التجارية والتوصية بها: زيارة الأطباء المستهدفين وعرض القيمة العلمية لمنتجات CeraVe لزيادة الوصفات الطبية، وتمثيل العلامة التجارية في المؤتمرات والفعاليات الطبية الرئيسية.
- تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الطبية: تطبيق خطة الزيارات الطبية باستخدام الأدوات الترويجية الرقمية والتقليدية لتقديم رسائل مخصصة ومؤثرة لمتخصصي الرعاية الصحية.
- التحليل ووضع الاستراتيجيات للنمو: تحليل القطاع ونشاط المنافسين وبيانات الوصفات الطبية لتحديد فرص عمل جديدة واقتراح خطط عمل استراتيجية لتحسين النتائج وضمان عائد استثماري قوي.
- ضمان التميز التشغيلي: إدارة تخطيط الزيارات وإعداد التقارير ومراقبة النشاط من خلال أنظمة CRM (Veeva)، مع ضمان توفر المنتجات في العيادات والصيدليات القريبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو الأحياء أو مجال علمي ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في منصب مندوب طبي (تُعد ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة علمية وطبية عميقة في مجال الأمراض الجلدية والقدرة على ترجمة المعلومات العلمية إلى عروض طبية مقنعة.
- روح المبادرة ونهج استباقي في تحديد واغتنام فرص العمل الجديدة في القطاع.
- التركيز على فهم احتياجات متخصصي الرعاية الصحية وبناء شراكات دائمة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع الفرق الداخلية والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والإقناع لتوصيل القيمة وتحقيق الالتزام من المجتمع الطبي.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول (شرط أساسي).

A Day in the Life
As a Medical Representative for CeraVe, you will be a key driver in building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals in Riyadh, KSA. Reporting to the Medical Visit Manager, you will use your scientific expertise to enhance the brand's image and drive recommendations within the medical community, making a tangible impact on patient well-being.

A Day in the Life
As a Medical Representative for CeraVe, you will be a key driver in building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals in Riyadh, KSA. - Drive Brand Advocacy & Recommendation: You will visit targeted doctors, presenting the scientific value of CeraVe to increase prescriptions. You'll also represent the brand at key medical congresses and events.
- Execute Medical Strategy: You will implement the medical visit plan, utilizing all digital and physical promotional tools to deliver personalized and impactful messages to healthcare professionals.
- Analyze and Strategize for Growth: By analyzing your sector, competitor activity, and prescription data, you will identify new business opportunities and propose strategic action plans to improve results and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: You will manage visit planning, reporting, and activity monitoring through our CRM systems (Veeva) while also ensuring optimal product availability in nearby clinics and pharmacies.
Role

- A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Previous experience in a medical representative role is highly valued.
- Scientific & Medical Expertise: Deep understanding of dermatology and the ability to translate scientific information into compelling medical detailing.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities within your sector.
- Customer Centricity: A focus on understanding and meeting the needs of healthcare professionals to build lasting partnerships.
- Collaboration & Influence: The ability to work effectively with internal teams and influence key external stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong skills in communicating value and achieving commitment from the medical community.
- A valid Saudi driving license is a must have for the job
