Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing high-end residential villa projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects valued at SAR 500 million or more.

The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include planning project scope, developing schedules, coordinating resources, supervising contractors and subcontractors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

The role also includes managing project budgets, controlling costs, preparing progress reports, communicating with clients and stakeholders, leading risk assessments, implementing quality assurance procedures, and driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Mandatory: Proven experience managing residential villa projects with a combined project value exceeding SAR 500 million.
• Strong background in end-to-end construction project delivery.
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and project forecasting.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, Saudi building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
