Business Unit Overview
As Manager / Senior Manager, you will be required to be part of the leadership team in building a long- term vision and strategy to continue growing the business.
- You will also take ownership for development of the Digital solutions and structuring offering in the Middle East market and in setting budget goals and driving to meet budgeted performance.
- Manage and deliver Digital transformation projects at clients, in an Agile and Hybrid mode.
- Projects will vary from strategic discoveries to solutions implementations
- Work and grow relationships with different stakeholders from the client departments to understand their business requirements in the broader context of their digital strategy
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of the projects supported by a good planning and an optimal staffing of the right team
- Master performance indicators and analytical tools to maximize the value generated by our clients
- Contribute the growth of the practice through though-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.)
- Lead by example and develop high-performing people and teams by challenging, supporting and continuously coaching them
- Experience in structuring and developing compelling proposals
- You will also be required to possess strong project management skills as the delivery role requires client management, project budgeting and finance management, coaching and resource management on a portfolio of clients. A key part of delivery will be the creation,
- review and delivery of complex client deliverables which will include executive level reporting through to detailed documentation.
- You are also anticipated to have a large amount of interaction with the other PwC lines of services (such as ff, tax, legal, deals, etc.) which requires a high-level understanding of the wider PwC offering and trends outside your core area of expertise.
How You’ll Contribute
- Deliver Oracle Cloud transformation projects across HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain domains
- Design and implement solutions aligned with client digital strategy
- Gather requirements and engage stakeholders across business and IT teams
- Manage end-to-end project delivery (design → build → deployment)
- Ensure quality delivery, planning, and team coordination
- Lead workshops, solution discussions, and client presentations
- Support business development, proposals, and solution design
- Contribute to practice growth and mentor junior team members
What You’ll Bring
- 8-12+ years of consulting experience in Oracle ERP / Cloud solutions
- Experience in at least one domain: HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of relevant business processes (HR, Finance, or Operations)
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle implementations
- Proven project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work across multiple priorities and engagements
- Willingness to travel as required
