تسعى شركة UR SUPPORT إلى توظيف مسؤول خدمة عملاء (BTL Survivor Edition) في الرياض، لإدارة علاقات العملاء وضمان تنفيذ حملات التسويق عبر الخط المباشر (BTL) والفعاليات بنجاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة حسابات العملاء والتواصل اليومي معهم.
- إعداد المقترحات والعروض التقديمية وموجزات المشاريع.
- التنسيق مع فرق الإبداع والإنتاج والعمليات.
- مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع والموافقات والتسليمات.
- ضمان التنفيذ السلس لحملات BTL والفعاليات والأنشطة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال التسويق عبر BTL أو الأحداث أو الأنشطة أو وكالات الإعلان.
- خبرة في إعداد مقترحات العملاء والعروض التقديمية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة العلاقات.
- قدرة تنظيمية قوية ومهارات متعددة المهام.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- التوجه نحو العميل ومهارات تواصل شخصية ممتازة.
- تنظيم عالٍ والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- موقف إيجابي وقدرة قوية على حل المشكلات.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, manage project timelines, prepare client presentations, and deliver exceptional service throughout every stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and day-to-day communications.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project briefs.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams.
- Monitor project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth execution of BTL campaigns, activations, and events.
- 2-3 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, activations, or advertising agencies.
- Experience in preparing client proposals and presentations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Client-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
