We are looking for a proactive and client-focused
Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and ensure the successful execution of BTL marketing campaigns, activations, and events. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, manage project timelines, prepare client presentations, and deliver exceptional service throughout every stage of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and day-to-day communications.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project briefs.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams.
- Monitor project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth execution of BTL campaigns, activations, and events.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, activations, or advertising agencies.
- Experience in preparing client proposals and presentations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
