Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customized Furniture Sales role based in Riyadh. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and presenting suitable customized furniture options. The team member will provide detailed product information, explain customization possibilities, and prepare quotations and sales orders. Daily tasks include following up with clients on inquiries and orders, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of specifications. The role also involves maintaining showroom displays, updating product knowledge, and contributing to sales targets while delivering consistent, professional customer service.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to clearly explain product features, customization options, and pricing.
• Proven Retail Sales and Sales experience, preferably in furniture or home décor environments.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Basic understanding of Furniture materials, styles, and design concepts to guide customer choices.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.
• Comfort using POS systems, CRM tools, and basic office software for orders and follow-up.
• Fluency in Arabic; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customized products or interior design sales is a plus.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
