يسر شركة Innomotics، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال المحركات وأنظمة الدفع الكبيرة، أن تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس خدمة ميداني أول (Senior Field Service Engineer) لتطبيقات محولات الجهد المتوسط، وذلك في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة العمل الميداني في مواقع العملاء لتقديم خدمات الصيانة والتشغيل والدعم الفني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ الأنشطة في موقع العميل (مثل التشغيل، الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية، حل المشكلات، التحديث، ترقية النظام، وتدريب العملاء) لكل ما يتعلق بمحركات الجهد المتوسط من Innomotics.
- تقديم دعم فني مستمر للعملاء وأطراف داخلية مثل مركز خدمة العملاء، ممثلي المبيعات، وإدارة المشاريع.
- إعداد تقارير مهنية مفصلة لكل خدمة يتم تنفيذها، وتقديمها مع جميع المعلومات المرتبطة في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير Innomotics وخاصة إجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة (EHS).
- إدارة المعلومات وفقاً لتوجيهات السرية الخاصة بالشركة.
- الاستعداد للسفر محلياً ودولياً حسب طبيعة العمل.
- التوجه نحو العملاء وضمان رضاهم العالي لتمييز خدمة Innomotics.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل وجود خلفية تعليمية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية.
- خبرة معتمدة تتراوح بين 2 إلى 5 سنوات.
- خبرة في أنظمة الجهد المتوسط مثل محركات التردد المتغير (VFDs)، المحركات عالية الجهد، محولات التوزيع، ومفاتيح الجهد المتوسط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (شفهية وكتابية).
- موقف إيجابي للعمل ضمن فريق.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة.

Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
In this role you will perform as Innomotics service engineer, conducting out activities related to medium voltage converter, on different sectors and applications, which means, it is a challenging, exciting, and daily learning position. Among of the most relevant responsibilities, it can be found
- Perform activities at site (at customer facilities), such as commissioning, maintenance (preventive, corrective and/or predictive), troubleshooting, retrofit, system upgradations, conduct trainings and all product related activities of Innomotics MV drives.
- Deliver continuous technical support to customer as well and internal ones such as customer care center, sales representatives, project managements, etc.
- Deliver detailed and professional reports for each attended service, submitting it as well as all associated information on time.
- Ensure following Innomotics standards and mainly, precautions and responsibilities related to EHS.
- Manage information following Innomotics confidentiality guidelines.
- Availability to travel (national and international trips) as it is required due the nature of the position.
- Customer oriented person who can ensure high satisfaction and differentiate Innomotics service.
- Educational Background on Electrical / Electronic engineering is preferred
- 2-5 Years of certified experience.
- Experience with MV systems such as Variable Frequency Drives, HV motors, distribution transformer, and MV switchgear.
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and writing) as well as excellent attitude to work on teams.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
