Purpose of the position: As Stand By Man you will be part of the Onshore Operations within Onshore Projects in Saudi Arabia. You will support safe and efficient site operations by ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, monitoring work activities, and assisting operational teams in maintaining a safe working environment.

How can you support us?

• Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with HSE procedures and company standards.
• Support supervisors and work crews during daily onshore operations.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions and potential hazards.
• Assist in maintaining safe access, housekeeping, and worksite readiness.
• Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring effective communication across site teams.
  
  

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or High School Certificate in a relevant discipline.

Background: : 2-4 years as a Stand By Man or in a similar field support role within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, or Industrial sector.

Languages: English is mandatory. Arabic is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge: Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of HSE procedures, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, site safety practices, hazard identification, and effective communication skills.

What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected within Saudi Arabia.
