We are looking for an execution- and operations-leaning Product Manager to join the Autobia team and own the Marketplace, our B2B spare-parts aggregator. Direction is set at the quarter level by the product leads; you own how it gets built, week to week - turning that direction into well-shaped features, keeping engineering moving against a tight weekly plan, and working hands-on with internal staff to make order delivery faster and cleaner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape direction into well-defined features and issues - write the brief, don't wait for one. The problem, the spec, the why, so engineering always has clear, build-ready work.
- Own the weekly delivery plan with the engineering squads: prioritize, sequence, and keep the work flowing against the quarter goals.
- Drive operational outcomes with internal staff - study the order lifecycle (supplier POs, inventory, the order pipeline), find the friction, and cut cost, time, and mistakes.
- Decide build-vs-manual pragmatically: ship a feature when it saves real cost or time; run a manual process first when engineering is at capacity.
- Measure what matters and report progress against delivery-time and quality targets.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years as a Product Manager in e-commerce.
- Strong execution: turns ambiguous direction into shaped, build-ready features and a clear weekly plan.
- Technically fluent - holds their own with engineers on scope, feasibility, and trade-offs, and works hands-on with them on delivery cadence and prioritization.
- Operationally minded: digs into processes, measures bottlenecks, and improves them.
- Data-driven and customer-first; pragmatic about build-vs-manual trade-offs.
- Clear communicator who keeps engineering and internal staff aligned.
- English fluency is a must.
Nice to have:
- B2B marketplace experience.
- Experience improving operational or fulfillment processes (order delivery, logistics).
- Comfort with manual-first validation before automating.
- Familiarity with internal operations or back-office tooling.
