The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the spa/shop, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (answering phone calls, working on booking system, arranging reservations and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Act as first point of contact for visitors
• Assists guests with questions regarding the spa services and products
• Booking Appointments

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills both Arabic and English language
