Product Engineer - Plastics & Tooling - Saudi - VISA and relocation package

We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer - Plastics & Tooling to lead the industrialisation of injection moulded components from concept through to production launch.

This is a key technical role focused on DFM, Moldflow simulation, tooling development, and production ramp-up, with strong exposure to international industrialisation projects across Saudi Arabia.

You will support the initial plant ramp-up in Eastern Saudi Arabia, followed by the transfer and scaling of processes to Western Saudi Arabia, working closely with engineering, suppliers, and manufacturing teams.

🚀 What you will do

• Lead industrialisation of plastic components from concept to SOP
• Support plant ramp-up and stable production launch in Eastern Saudi Arabia
• Transfer and scale processes to Western Saudi Arabia
• Perform feasibility studies and DFM optimisation
• Run and interpret Moldflow simulations (fill, pack, warp)
• Define tooling concepts and manage tool development with suppliers
• Lead tool trials (T0-T2) and ensure production readiness
• Troubleshoot moulding and process issues during ramp-up
• Work closely with engineering, suppliers, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Support technical discussions with OEM / Tier 1 customers

🎯 What we are looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or similar
• Strong experience in injection moulding / plastics engineering
• Solid knowledge of DFM, Moldflow, and tooling development
• Experience with tooling suppliers and production ramp-up
• International or greenfield project experience is a plus
• Willingness to work on projects in Saudi Arabia (Eastern & Western regions)
• Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
