We are looking for a results driven Sales Coordinator to manage and grow heavy equipment sales. The role focuses on developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of construction machinery spare parts and provide accurate recommendations.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory and parts information using inventory management systems.
- Utilize the Oracle Parts Management System for parts lookup, order processing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Achieve sales objectives while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Previous experience in parts sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of construction machinery or heavy equipment spare parts is preferred.
- Experience using the Oracle system.
