مطلوب مدير مالي ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى شركة ناشئة سريعة النمو في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي في الرياض. سيتولى بناء وظيفة مالية على مستوى عالمي والعمل بشكل وثيق مع الرئيس التنفيذي لوضع الاستراتيجية المالية للشركة، مع الإشراف على كامل العمليات المالية والتخطيط والتقارير وجمع التمويل وعلاقات المستثمرين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الوظيفة المالية بالكامل، بما في ذلك إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤ وإدارة التدفقات النقدية والتقارير المالية
- تطوير وصيانة النماذج المالية لدعم التخطيط الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرارات التجارية
- قيادة عمليات التخطيط المالي وتقديم تقارير ورؤى منتظمة للرئيس التنفيذي وفريق القيادة
- دعم أنشطة جمع التمويل عبر إعداد مواد المستثمرين والنماذج المالية ووثائق العناية الواجبة والتوقعات المالية
- إدارة تقارير المستثمرين والرد على الاستفسارات المالية من المستثمرين الحاليين والمحتملين
- بناء عمليات مالية قابلة للتوسع وضوابط وأنظمة تقارير تدعم نمو الشركة
- مراقبة أداء الأعمال وتحديد المخاطر والفرص المالية وتقديم توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ
- التعاون الوثيق مع القيادة في المبادرات الاستراتيجية والتخطيط التشغيلي والتوسع التجاري

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 6+ سنوات في المالية، التمويل المؤسسي، الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية، الأسهم الخاصة، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة سابقة في العمل في شركة ناشئة عالية النمو أو شركة في مرحلة التوسع
- خبرة قوية في التخطيط المالي، التنبؤ، إعداد الميزانيات، وتحليل الأعمال
- خبرة مثبتة في دعم أنشطة جمع التمويل، علاقات المستثمرين، أو زيادة رأس المال
- يفضل بشدة الخبرة في عمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ، التطوير المؤسسي، أو التمويل الاستراتيجي
- مهارات متقدمة في النمذجة المالية وإتقان استخدام Excel أو Google Sheets

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a fast-growing AI startup and build a world-class finance function.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work closely with the CEO on the company's financial strategy. You will own the finance function end-to-end, overseeing financial operations, planning, reporting, fundraising, and investor relations while helping shape the company's next stage of growth.
As a key strategic partner to the CEO, you'll build scalable financial processes, provide data-driven insights, and support strategic initiatives, including future acquisitions and expansion opportunities. We're looking for someone who can operate independently, take full ownership of the finance function, and become a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

Main Responsibilities
- Own the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making
- Lead financial planning processes and provide regular reporting and insights to the CEO and leadership team
- Support fundraising activities by preparing investor materials, financial models, due diligence documentation, and financial forecasts
- Manage investor reporting and respond to financial requests from current and prospective investors
- Build scalable financial processes, controls, and reporting systems to support the company's growth
- Monitor business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, operational planning, and business expansion
- Support the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate finance initiatives
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a high-growth startup or scaling company
- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis
- Proven experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, or capital raising activities
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or strategic finance is highly preferred
- Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and key business metrics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
