تعلن شركة أرنون للصناعات البلاستيكية والورقية المحدودة عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل وظيفة فني صيانة قوالب (Mold Maintenance Technician) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. الوظيفة دوام كامل وفي الموقع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أعمال الصيانة الدورية والوقائية للقوالب المستخدمة في إنتاج البلاستيك والورق.
- فحص القوالب للكشف عن التآكل أو التلف وإجراء الإصلاحات أو استبدال المكونات لضمان الأداء الأمثل وجودة المنتج.
- استكشاف المشكلات الميكانيكية وإصلاحها والتنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج لجدولة أعمال الصيانة.
- توثيق أنشطة الصيانة وأداء القوالب.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة والحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة.
- التعاون مع أقسام الصيانة والهندسة لدعم التحسين المستمر لموثوقية المعدات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم فني أو شهادة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو التصنيع أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة في العمل مع القوالب أو الأدوات في بيئات البلاستيك أو التغليف أو الصناعات المماثلة (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية واستخدام أدوات القياس وتشغيل معدات الورشة القياسية.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة والتواصل الفعّال مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- الاستعداد للعمل في الموقع في الرياض والتكيف مع جداول المناوبات حسب الحاجة.

- مهارات قوية في صيانة المعدات (Equipment Maintenance).
- مهارات قوية في الصيانة الصناعية (Industrial Maintenance).
- مهارات قوية في الصيانة الوقائية (Preventive Maintenance) والصيانة والإصلاح (Maintenance & Repair).
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء (Troubleshooting) المتعلقة بالمشكلات الميكانيكية والإنتاجية.

Role Description The Mold Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance on molds used in plastic and paper production, inspecting molds for wear or damage, and carrying out repairs or component replacements to ensure optimal performance and product quality. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance work, and documenting maintenance activities and mold performance. Mold Maintenance Technicians are expected to follow safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with other maintenance and engineering personnel to support continuous improvement in equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Troubleshooting of mechanical and production-related issues.
- Technical diploma or certificate in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering (or related field) is preferred.
- Experience working with molds or tooling in plastics, packaging, or similar industrial environments is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use measurement tools, and operate standard workshop equipment.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and adapt to shift schedules as required by production needs.
