المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وبناء وتقييم نماذج تعلم الآلة وأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي لمواجهة تحديات واقعية.
- إجراء أبحاث تطبيقية ونظرية، وتحليل مجموعات بيانات ضخمة، وتطوير نماذج أولية.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لدمج حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي في سياقات مؤسسية.
- مواكبة أحدث الأبحاث الأكاديمية والصناعية، ونشر النتائج، والمساهمة في المناقشات المجتمعية ومبادرات مشاركة المعرفة داخل AI & ML.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أساس قوي في علوم الحاسوب والتخصصات ذات الصلة، مع معرفة بالخوارزميات وهياكل البيانات وممارسات تطوير البرمجيات.
- خبرة مثبتة في البحث (Research) تشمل تصميم التجارب واختبار الفرضيات وتوصيل النتائج بوضوح.
- درجة متقدمة (ماجستير أو دكتوراه) في علوم الحاسوب أو علم البيانات أو الإحصاء أو مجال وثيق الصلة (مفضلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في علم البيانات والإحصاء، بما في ذلك تحليل البيانات والنمذجة وطرق التقييم.
- مهارات مثبتة في التعرف على الأنماط (Pattern Recognition) وتقنيات تعلم الآلة التطبيقية.
- إتقان لغات البرمجة شائعة الاستخدام في الذكاء الاصطناعي/تعلم الآلة (مثل Python أو R أو ما شابهها) والمكتبات أو الأطر ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات وعرض مفاهيم معقدة أمام أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين.
- خبرة في منصات السحابة وممارسات MLOps واعتبارات الذكاء الاصطناعي الأخلاقية (ميزة إضافية).

Daily responsibilities include conducting applied and theoretical research, analyzing large datasets, developing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise contexts. The role also involves staying current with the latest academic and industry research, publishing findings, and contributing to community discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives within AI & ML.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and related disciplines, with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software development practices.
- Expertise in Data Science and Statistics, including experience with data analysis, modeling, and evaluation methods.
- Demonstrated skills in Pattern Recognition and applied machine learning techniques.
- Proven Research experience, including designing experiments, validating hypotheses, and communicating results clearly.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python, R, or similar) and relevant libraries or frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and present complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps practices, and ethical AI considerations is an advantage.
