We are looking for a senior, discovery-driven Product Manager to join the Autobia team and own the Marketplace, our B2B spare-parts aggregator. You own the why: who our customers are, what they actually need, and what the experience should become, bringing a best-in-class, consumer-grade buying experience to B2B buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get deep on the customer - research buyers and their buying journey, and turn what you learn into a clear view of their needs and pain.
- Own the why behind what we build: define the problems worth solving and make the case for each with evidence, not opinion.
- Set the product vision for the online experience: what great looks like for our B2B customers, and the path to get there.
- Run discovery, competitive analysis, data, interviews, and experiments to validate before we commit to building.
- Use the full order journey supplier POs, inventory, delivery - as a lever on the customer experience.
- Translate that thinking into well-shaped problems and a roadmap the product leads and engineering can act on.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years in product management, at a senior level, in e-commerce.
- A genuine product thinker - starts from the customer and the why, not the backlog.
- Strong at research and discovery: customer interviews, data, competitive analysis.
- Track record shaping product vision and strategy, not only shipping a backlog.
- Data-driven and customer-first.
- Technically fluent - can hold their own with engineers on scope, feasibility, and trade-offs.
- Clear communicator who can make the case for a direction and bring others with them.
- English fluency is a must.
Nice to Have:
- B2B marketplace experience.
- Experience designing or reshaping an online buying experience (e-commerce).
- Comfort with manual-first validation before automating.
- Familiarity with internal operations or back-office tooling.
