يسر فندق راديسون بلو ومركز المؤتمرات (منهل الرياض) دعوة المتقدمين لشغل وظيفة مضيف/مضيفة الأطعمة والمشروبات (F&B Attendant) في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال وخدمة الضيوف بلباقة واحترافية.
- استلام طلبات الأطعمة والمشروبات وتحويلها إلى طاقم المطبخ أو المشروبات.
- تقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات للضيوف والتأكد من دقة الطلبات وتقديمها في الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مناطق تناول الطعام والخدمة.
- المساعدة في تجهيز قاعات الطعام أو قاعات المناسبات للفعاليات.
- التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى الضيوف بشكل فوري ومهذب.
- تقديم اقتراحات بيع عناصر القائمة والترويج للعروض الخاصة.
- اتباع كافة إجراءات السلامة والنظافة.
- التعامل مع النقد ومعالجة المدفوعات من الضيوف.
- تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة نقاط البيع (point-of-sale systems).
- المساعدة في إدارة المخزون وتجديد المستلزمات.
- المشاركة في برامج التدريب وفرص التعلم المستمر.
- المساعدة في تخطيط وتنفيذ الفعاليات أو العروض الخاصة.
- تقديم الملاحظات والاقتراحات حول خيارات القائمة وتفضيلات العملاء.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات والإحاطات مع الإدارة والزملاء.
- الالتزام بمعايير المظهر والزي الرسمي.
- المساعدة في تدريب أعضاء الفريق الجدد.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل المطبخ والتدبير المنزلي والاستقبال لضمان تجربة ضيوف سلسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال المطاعم أو الضيافة (يفضل).
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وتحت الضغط.
- معرفة بقوائم الأطعمة والمشروبات وبعض المهارات الأساسية في الطهي.
- القدرة على العمل كجزء من فريق.
- الاستعداد للعمل في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية حسب الحاجة.

Job Description
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests and ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Assist in setting up dining rooms or banquet halls for events.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to guests.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Cash handling and processing payments from guests.
- Operating and maintaining point-of-sale systems.
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Participating in training programs and continuous learning opportunities.
- Assisting in planning and executing special events or promotions.
- Providing input and feedback on menu selections and customer preferences.
- Participating in meetings and briefings with management and colleagues.
- Adhering to grooming and dress code standards.
- Assisting in training new team members.
- Collaborating with other departments such as kitchen staff, housekeeping, and front desk to ensure seamless guest experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and some basic culinary skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
