تعلن شركة Raytheon Australia (جزء من RTX) عن توفر وظيفة فني P247 في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيقوم الفني بمساعدة عمليات تشغيل وصيانة محطات اختبار خزان الناقل (Transmitter Tank) ونظام التبريد الخاص بنظام باتريوت.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل وصيانة محطة الاختبار لخزان الناقل PAT 247.
  • تنفيذ عملية قبول الاختبارات والاحتراق واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح الخزانات النهائية ومشغل مصدر الطاقة الأساسي عالي الضغط لمنظم الناقل.
  • ضمان الحالة التشغيلية لأجهزة مصدر الطاقة عالي الضغط للمنظم بالنسبة لتلك التي تم إخراجها للإصلاح.
  • كشف العيوب في الخزانات غير الصالحة للخدمة وعزل الأخطاء إلى أدنى مستوى استبدال.
  • استبدال و/أو إصلاح الأجزاء غير الصالحة للخدمة.
  • اختبار وإعادة الوحدة قيد الاختبار (UUT) إلى حالة صالحة للخدمة.
  • المشاركة في برامج التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT).
  • تحديد ممارسات العمل الخاطئة ومراجعة التقنيات والإجراءات الصحيحة للصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء والإصلاح.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير الصيانة وتقارير مشاكل الأنظمة (SPRs).
  • أداء أعمال أخرى مطلوبة في نفس المجال.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في الإلكترونيات من كلية أو معهد معتمد محلياً أو دولياً.
  • يجب أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
  • خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح معدات محطة الصيانة المركزية و/أو في المصنع المخصص لاختبار واستكشاف الأخطاء وعزل الأعطال وإصلاح الوحدات والتجميعات الإلكترونية.
  • خبرة جيدة وشاملة في الإلكترونيات الأساسية والمتقدمة والقدرة على اختبار عملية الاحتراق واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح خزانات مصدر الطاقة الأساسية والنهائية عالية الضغط في مجموعة ناقل باتريوت.
  • مهارة في استخدام المستندات الهندسية والرسومات التخطيطية والمجموعة العامة ومعدات الاختبار التجارية العامة.

Job Summary

P247 Tech will assist with the Operation and Maintenance of the Patriot Transmitter Tank Test Stations and Cooling System. Wok location Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities To Anticipate

  • Operate and maintain the test station for PAT 247 patriot transmitter tank
  • Carry out the process of accepting tests, combustion, troubleshooting, repairing the final tanks and the high-pressure primary power supply actuator of the transmitter regulator
  • Ensure operational condition of the high-pressure power supply devices of the regulator to those that have been taken out for repair
  • Detect defects in tanks that are not serviceable and isolate the errors to the lowest level of replacement
  • Replace and/or repair unserviceable parts
  • Test and return the Unit Under Test (UUT) to serviceable condition
  • Participation in On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs
  • Identify faulty work practices and review correct techniques and procedures for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports and Systems Problem Reports (SPRs)
  • Perform other required work in the same field

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma in Electronics from an accredited foreign or local college or institute
  • Must be a Saudi national
  • 8 years prior experience in operating, maintaining and repairing the equipment of the central maintenance station and/or in the factory intended for testing, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repairing electronic units and subassemblies
  • Must have good and comprehensive experience with basic and advanced electronics and ability to test combustion process and troubleshoot, repair primary and final high pressure regulator supply cabinets in patriot transmitter group
  • Must be skilled in the use of engineering documents, schematic drawings, general kit and general-purpose commercial test equipment
