Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator role at Bravo International Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The person in this role will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating HR documentation. This role will help administer benefits, ensure adherence to HR policies, and support employee relations by responding to inquiries and guiding team members to appropriate resources. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and help organize training and development initiatives. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting compliance with local labor regulations, and collaborating with management to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor regulations, with the ability to ensure consistent and compliant application.
- Experience in Benefits Administration and basic understanding of compensation and benefits practices.
- Skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems or HRIS tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
