نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتطلب هذا الدور التفاعل المباشر مع العميل، ويتولى مسؤولية التخطيط وتحديد النطاق وتنفيذ منصة Dragos في بيئات العملاء. ستكون جزءاً من فريق ميداني في محطات الطاقة والمحطات الفرعية ومنشآت التصنيع والمصافي (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر)، مع القيام بعمليات التثبيت ومساعدة شركائنا من العملاء في مراقبة وحماية بنيتهم التحتية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات ومهندسي الحلول في Dragos لفهم حالات استخدام العميل ومعايير النجاح.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق العميل على هندسة الشبكة ووضع الحساسات وعمليات التكامل لنشر حساسات جديدة؛ التنسيق والقيام بعمليات النشر.
- الشراكة مع فرق العميل لتحسين حالات الاستخدام وأهداف منصة Dragos.
- ضبط وتحسين منصة Dragos لتحقيق أهداف العميل المحددة.
- تطوير المحتوى وبناء سير العمل الأساسي بناءً على حالات استخدام العميل وعرض القيمة.
- مراقبة صحة حل المنصة لضمان توفرها المستمر وضبط وتحسين منصة Dragos باستمرار.
- التنسيق لعمليات الترقية والتصحيحات والتغييرات الأخرى على حل المنصة.
- تقديم نقل المعرفة والتدريب لتمكين أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين وتوثيق العمليات.
- تقديم دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ودعم الإصلاح للمنصة وإدارة التصعيد.
- إبلاغ العميل بخريطة الطريق للميزات والمحتوى القادم والقيام بجولات شرح للميزات الجديدة عند الحاجة.
- جمع ملاحظات العميل باستمرار حول طلبات الميزات والتحسينات.
- التنسيق والتعاون مع فرق وخدمات Dragos الأخرى (الاستخبارات، الصيد التهديدي).
- تحديد فرص المنتجات والخدمات الأخرى لشركة Dragos.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في ICS/OT، مع خبرة في الأمن السيبراني (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في الشبكات - معرفة قوية بشبكات IP ونموذج OSI ونموذج Purdue وبروتوكولات ICS.
- خبرة في Linux (سطر الأوامر) وDocker ولغات البرمجة النصية (Python, Shell وغيرها) وأنظمة SIEM.
- خبرة في حلول البرمجيات المحلية والسحابية للمؤسسات مع إدارة العديد من أصحاب المصلحة والمشاريع في وقت واحد.
- التوجه نحو العملاء والاهتمام باحتياجاتهم، مع مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- الاستعداد للسفر بنسبة تصل إلى 25%.

About The Role
This role interfaces with the client directly and is responsible for planning, scoping, and implementing the Dragos Platform in customer environments. Be part of a hands-on and onsite team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries (to name a few), while performing installations and assisting our customer partners in monitoring and safeguarding their infrastructure.
About The Role
This role interfaces with the client directly and is responsible for planning, scoping, and implementing the Dragos Platform in customer environments. Be part of a hands-on and onsite team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries (to name a few), while performing installations and assisting our customer partners in monitoring and safeguarding their infrastructure.
- This is an onsite role located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia*
- Collaborate with Dragos Sales and Solution Architect teams to understand customer use cases and success criteria
- Works closely with client’s teams on network architecture, sensor placement, and integrations for the deployment of new sensors; coordinate and conduct deployments
- Partner with client’s teams to refine applicable use cases and Dragos platform objectives
- Tune and optimize Dragos platform to meet defined customer objectives
- Develop content and build foundational workflows based on client use cases and value proposition
- Monitor the health of the Platform solution to ensure continuous Platform availability and continuously tune and optimize the Dragos Platform
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and other configuration changes to the Platform solution
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to enable key stakeholders, document processes
- Provide troubleshooting and break/fix support for the Platform, manage escalations
- Communicate roadmap of upcoming features and content with the client and conduct new release feature walkthroughs as needed
- Continually solicit client feedback on feature requests and improvements
- Coordinate and collaborate with other Dragos teams/services (Intel, Threat Hunting)
- Identify opportunities for other Dragos products and services
- 3+ years of ICS/OT experience, Cybersecurity experience a plus
- Networking experience - Strong knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols
- Experience with Linux (command line), Docker, scripting languages (python, shell, etc.), SIEMs
- Experience in on-premise and cloud software solutions for Enterprise while managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Customer-oriented and attentive to client needs, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
