Saipem هي شركة عالمية رائدة في الهندسة والبناء لقطاعي الطاقة والبنية التحتية، وتنفذ مشاريع معقدة برية وبحرية في جميع أنحاء العالم. بدافع من الابتكار التكنولوجي كشركة واحدة، يعمل أكثر من 30,000 موظف من أكثر من 130 جنسية في أكثر من 50 دولة يومياً لتمكين التحول في مجال الطاقة نحو صافي الانبعاثات الصفري. بصفته قائد التعلم والتطوير، سيكون المرشح جزءاً من فريق التدريب والتطوير ضمن إدارة الموارد البشرية، وسيتولى إدارة وقيادة وظيفة التعلم والتطوير عبر الكيانات السعودية الثلاثة من خلال تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية تعلم متكاملة، وتعظيم الاستفادة من الأكاديمية الحالية، وإنشاء إطار عمل مستدام لنقل المعرفة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير استراتيجية التعلم والتطوير السنوية.
- إجراء تحليل احتياجات التدريب (TNA).
- إدارة التقويم السنوي للتدريب والميزانية.
- تعظيم الاستفادة من أكاديمية التدريب.
- تصميم وتنسيق برامج تدريبية فنية وهندسية وإدارية.
- إنشاء برنامج رسمي لنقل المعرفة.
- تطوير المدربين الداخليين (خبراء الموضوع - SMEs).
- إدارة نظام إدارة التعلم (LMS) وسجلات التدريب.
- قياس فعالية التدريب وإبلاغ مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال التعلم والتطوير، ويفضل في قطاع الصناعة / المقاولات الهندسية والمشتريات والإنشاءات (EPC) / النفط والغاز.
- يفضل أن يكون سعودي الجنسية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان برنامج Excel.
- إتقان Power BI.
- إجادة استخدام حزمة MS Office.

Purpose of the position: As [Learning & Development Lead], you will be part of the (Training & Development) team within [HR Department]. You will manage and support and Lead the Learning & Development function across the three Saudi entities by developing and implementing an integrated learning strategy, maximizing the existing academy, and establishing a sustainable knowledge transfer framework.
How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 5-10 years in Learning & Development - Industrial / EPC / Oil & Gas experience preferred.
Languages: Saudi National (preferred) - Fluent English
Technical Skills: Excel - Power BI
IT Skills: MS Office

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Manage the annual training calendar and budget.
- Maximize utilization of the Training Academy.
- Design and coordinate technical, engineering and administrative training programs.
- Establish a formal Knowledge Transfer Program.
- Develop internal trainers (SMEs).
- Manage LMS and training records.
- Measure training effectiveness and report KPIs.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 5-10 years in Learning & Development - Industrial / EPC / Oil & Gas experience preferred.
