Executive Summary

We are hiring a Senior Procurement & Pricing Leader with strong expertise in mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and spare parts sourcing to drive high-impact procurement strategies across complex industrial RFQs.

This is a strategic leadership role, not operational purchasing. You will be responsible for shaping procurement intelligence, pricing models, supplier evaluation frameworks, and supporting enterprise-level industrial clients in making high-value procurement decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end industrial procurement strategy for mechanical equipment, systems, and spare parts
• Design and optimize pricing models for RFQs in industrial markets
• Evaluate complex supplier quotations and perform technical-commercial analysis
• Act as a key advisor for customers on procurement decisions and technical specifications
• Build and structure supplier networks across Saudi Arabia and global markets
• Develop procurement intelligence systems aligned with platform data and AI outputs
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and AI teams to improve quotation automation
• Ensure procurement decisions align with cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in industrial procurement, sourcing, or pricing leadership
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and spare parts
• Proven experience in handling complex RFQs and supplier negotiations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industrial standards
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen
• Experience in Saudi industrial market or GCC supply chain ecosystem preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Preferred Profile

• Former Procurement Manager / Senior Buyer / Category Manager in industrial sector
• Experience in EPC, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial distribution
• Exposure to digital procurement systems or ERP platforms
