تعلن شركة أعمال المسبح التجارية (أحد الشركات السعودية المتخصصة في تصنيع منتجات السلامة لحمامات السباحة والنوافير والشلالات الشفافة) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في مدينة الرياض لمهندس ميكانيكي وإدارة تصنيع متكاملة، وذلك بنظام الدوام الكامل والعمل في الموقع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم المكونات والأنظمة الميكانيكية لمنتجات السلامة الخاصة بحمامات السباحة والنوافير والشلالات باستخدام أدوات CAD والمبادئ الهندسية.
- الإشراف على عمليات التصنيع وتنسيق جداول الإنتاج وضمان تحقيق معايير الجودة خلال مراحل التصنيع والتجميع.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لإجراء التقييمات الفنية وتحسين سير العمل الإنتاجي.
- دعم متطلبات التركيب والصيانة.
- المشاركة في أنشطة البحث والتطوير لتطوير منتجات جديدة وتحسين التصاميم الحالية بما يتوافق مع متطلبات السوق والسلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في بيئات التصنيع أو الإنتاج.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في مدينة الرياض وإدارة مهام متعددة والتكيف مع متغيرات العمل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات في الهندسة الميكانيكية وتصميم الماكينات لتطوير حلول منتجات موثوقة وفعالة.
- مهارات في التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) لإنشاء نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد مفصلة ورسومات فنية ووثائق تصنيع.
- مهارات في إدارة المشاريع لتخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة المشاريع وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير الجودة.
- مهارات في البحث والتطوير (R&D) لابتكار منتجات جديدة وتحسين المواد والعمليات ودعم التحسين المستمر.
- معرفة إضافية في تصنيع الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ والأكريليك، وطرق مراقبة الجودة، ومعايير السلامة الصناعية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an Integrated Mechanical Engineer and Manufacturing Management professional. The role involves designing mechanical components and systems for pool, fountain, and waterfall safety products, using CAD tools and sound engineering principles. The engineer will oversee manufacturing processes, coordinate production schedules, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the fabrication and assembly stages. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting technical evaluations, improving production workflows, and supporting installation and maintenance requirements. The role also includes participation in R&D activities to develop new products and enhance existing designs in line with market and safety requirements.

- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of stainless steel and acrylic fabrication, quality control methods, industrial safety standards, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
