Kiteworks تبحث عن مدير حسابات القنوات (Channel Account Manager) في السعودية لقيادة التوسع في الشرق الأوسط وبناء منظومة شركاء من الصفر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير قنوات البيع في الشرق الأوسط: تحديد وجذب وتسجيل شركاء وموزعين جدد عبر الأسواق ذات الأولوية (الإمارات، السعودية، قطر، مصر وغيرها).
- بناء وإدارة مسار مبيعات يقوده الشركاء لتحقيق تدفق صفقات مؤسسية منتظم.
- العمل مع ممثلي الشركاء في البيع المشترك وإغلاق صفقات عالية القيمة مع العملاء من المؤسسات.
- رعاية وتنمية العلاقات مع شركاء Kiteworks الحاليين في المنطقة.
- إدارة تمكين المبيعات والتدريب وعقود الأعمال الربعية مع الشركاء.
- تغذية فريق العمل بمعلومات السوق: الأسعار، الديناميكيات التنافسية، والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية (NCA، PDPL وغيرها).
- تمثيل Kiteworks في الفعاليات الإقليمية ومنتديات الشركاء.
- تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات ومؤشرات الأداء مع الملكية الكاملة لأرقام المنطقة.
- التعامل مع جميع بيانات العملاء والعملاء المحتملين بما يتوافق مع سياسات حماية البيانات لدى Kiteworks.
- حماية بيانات العملاء والعملاء المحتملين باتباع ممارسات المناولة الآمنة وضمان الامتثال لسياسات حماية البيانات أثناء جميع أنشطة البيع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 5+ سنوات في مبيعات القنوات، ويفضل في بيئة بائع أو موزع أو مورد مع حركة مبيعات قنوات قوية في الشرق الأوسط.
- شبكة علاقات حقيقية في المنطقة مع جهات مثل VAR أو MSSP أو SI يمكن تفعيلها.
- خبرة في بيع برامج الأمان المؤسسي أو الامتثال أو حماية البيانات؛ الإلمام بمشاركة الملفات الآمنة أو إدارة المحتوى أمر إضافي.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل عبر مناطق زمنية وثقافات متعددة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كلتاهما مهمة).
- مهارات إغلاق الصفقات: استشاري وأيضاً مريح في طلب الصفقة.
- الاستعداد للسفر بانتظام في المنطقة (حوالي 40%).
- القدرة على اجتياز فحص الخلفية الأمني لـ Kiteworks عند التوظيف وكل سنتين بعد ذلك.
المزايا

What you'll do
- Own the Middle East channel -identify, recruit, and sign new reseller and distribution partners across priority markets including UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt, and beyond
- Build and manage a partner-led pipeline that drives consistent enterprise deal flow
- Work alongside partner reps to co-sell and close high-value deals with enterprise customers
- Nurture and grow relationships with any existing Kiteworks partners in the region
- Run sales enablement, training, and quarterly business reviews with partners
- Feed market intelligence back to the broader team - pricing, competitive dynamics, local regulatory requirements (NCA, PDPL, etc.)
- Represent Kiteworks at regional industry events and partner forums
- Hit revenue targets and track against KPIs, with full ownership of your region's numbers
- Handle all customer and prospect data in line with Kiteworks' data protection policies
- Protect customer and prospect data by following secure handling practices and ensuring compliance with data protection policies during all sales activities.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in channel sales, ideally at a reseller, distributor, or vendor with a strong Middle East channel motion
- A real network in the region - VAR, MSSP, or SI relationships you can activate
- Experience selling enterprise security, compliance, or data protection software; familiarity with secure file sharing or content governance is a plus
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple time zones and cultures
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills; both matter here
- Someone who closes - consultative, yes, but also comfortable asking for the business
- Willingness to travel across the region regularly (~40%)

Compensation Range
- Annual Base Salary Range:AED 200,000-300,000
- Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Kiteworks competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, and equity.The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
