About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our team. The role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects while ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress and maintaining project schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Assist in material tracking, procurement coordination, and resource planning.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager when necessary.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and maintain organized project records.
• Perform other engineering and project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on-site as required.
• Available for immediate joining.
