شركة WSP in the Middle East تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس جودة (Quality Engineer) في الرياض، السعودية. سيدعم المهندس فريق الإشراف في مراقبة وتقييم وضمان امتثال جميع أعمال إنشاء الطرق السريعة لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ ومراقبة نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) الخاص بالمشروع وفقاً لمعايير العميل والاستشاري.
- مراجعة واعتماد إجراءات مراقبة الجودة للمقاول، وخطط نقاط التفتيش (ITPs)، وطرق التنفيذ، ومقدمات المواد.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والرسومات والمعايير الدولية (مثل ASTM، AASHTO، BS).
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش وجولات جودة منتظمة في الموقع.
- الإشراف على جوانب الجودة لأعمال الطرق والحفريات والصرف الصحي والمرافق وطبقات الرصف وأعمال الأسفلت والمنشآت المرتبطة بالطريق السريع.
- التحقق من نتائج اختبار المواد والتقارير المخبرية وضمان إجراء جميع الاختبارات وفقاً للمعايير.
- مراقبة جودة التنفيذ وتسليط الضوء على أي عدم مطابقة أو انحرافات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات جودة دقيقة وشاملة، وتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs)، وتقارير الإجراءات التصحيحية (CARs)، وسجلات التفتيش، وتقارير الاختبارات.
- إعداد تقارير مراقبة الجودة الأسبوعية والشهرية للمراجعة الداخلية ومراجعة العميل.
- متابعة المقاول لضمان إغلاق تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) والإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المقيمين ومهندسي التخصصات وفريق ضمان الجودة للمقاول والعميل بشأن قضايا الجودة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه لمفتشي الموقع لتعزيز مراقبة الجودة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم الفني والجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 7 إلى 12 سنة في مجال ضمان ومراقبة الجودة لمشاريع إنشاء الطرق السريعة.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع مكاتب الإشراف الهندسي (Consultants) في المملكة العربية السعودية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- معرفة قوية بمواد الطرق السريعة، وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة، ومتطلبات الاختبار، والمعايير الدولية.
- خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق أو مشاريع الطرق السريعة.
- مهارات قوية في كتابة التقارير والتواصل والتنسيق.

The Quality Engineer will support the supervision team in monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring that all highway construction works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The role requires strong technical knowledge of roads/highways, materials, and QA/QC processes, along with experience working on consultant-side supervision teams in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Implement and monitor the project’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with client and consultant standards.
- Review and approve Contractor’s Quality Control procedures, ITPs, method statements, and material submissions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and international standards (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO, BS).
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality walkthroughs on-site.
- Oversee quality aspects of roadworks, earthworks, drainage, utilities, pavement layers, asphalt works, and structures related to the highway.
- Verify material testing results, laboratory reports, and ensure all tests are performed as per standards.
- Monitor workmanship quality and highlight any non-conformities or deviations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate quality records, NCRs, CARs, inspection logs, and test reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports for internal and client review.
- Follow up with the contractor to ensure timely closure of NCRs and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with REs, discipline engineers, the Contractor’s QA/QC team, and the client regarding quality issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site inspectors to enhance quality monitoring.
- Participate in progress, technical, and quality meetings.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 7-12 years of experience in QA/QC for highways/road construction projects.
- Prior experience working with engineering supervision consultants in KSA is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of highway materials, QA/QC procedures, test requirements, and international standards.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or expressway projects.
- Strong report writing, communication, and coordination skills.
