تعلن شركة GT Restructuring (إحدى شركات المحاماة العالمية) عن فرصة عمل بدوام كامل لوظيفة أخصائي الفوترة (Billing Specialist) في قسم إدارة الإيرادات بمكتبها في الرياض. تُقدم الشركة راتباً تنافسياً وحزمة مزايا ممتازة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- معالجة فواتير العملاء بكفاءة وفعالية باستخدام Pre-bill Viewer والفواتير الورقية مع التركيز على الدقة ودعم الفواتير.
- المساعدة في المشاريع الخاصة والتقارير المخصصة بناءً على طلب المدير.
- يكون مسانداً للعمليات النقدية (cash applications) والحسابات الدائنة وحسابات المحامين الائتمانية.
- القدرة على البحث والإجابة عن استفسارات المحاسبة والفوترة.
- المساعدة في وظائف المحاسبة للمكاتب الدولية.
- فهم الحسابات الدائنة والعمليات ذات الصلة والتطبيقات الخاصة مثل Concur.
- معالجة طلبات الشيكات وتقارير المصروفات والفواتير؛ إدارة النقدية الصغيرة والتسوية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل حصول المرشح على درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة معادلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة العامة من قطاع قانوني أو قطاع خدمات، مع إثبات كفاءة في مجالات المحاسبة التالية: الحسابات الدائنة، فوترة العملاء، المحاسبة الائتمانية.
- إجادة استخدام البرامج القائمة على Windows و Microsoft Word و Excel و Outlook (مطلوب).
- مهارات حاسوبية استثنائية مع القدرة على تعلم تطبيقات برمجية جديدة بسرعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة مع القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط لتحقيق مواعيد نهائية صارمة.
- مبادرة شخصية مع القدرة على التكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة ومتطلبات العمل.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام وتنظيم سير العمل واستخدام الوقت بكفاءة.
- مهارات تحليلية استثنائية.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Process client bills efficiently and effectively using Pre-bill Viewer and paper bills emphasis on accuracy and support of bills
- Assists with special projects and ad hoc reports for manager as needed
- Will be the back-up to cash applications, accounts payable and attorney trust accounts
- Ability to research and answer accounting and billing questions
- Ability to assist in international offices accounting functions
- Understanding accounts payable and the process’ involved and related special applications i.e. Concur
- Process check requests, expense reports, and invoices; petty cash and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Self-starter with ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Ability to multi-task, organize workflow and use time efficiently
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to anticipate work needs must be proactive in identifying accounting issues and providing solutions
- Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience of general accounting experience from a legal or service-related industry along with proven abilities in the following areas of accounting: accounts payable; client billing; trust accounting
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
