Key Accountabilities:
- Establish, Implement and maintain quality Management systems processes, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and ISO standards and any new required systems, Certifications or awards standards as per the business needs.
- Review and update quality assurance documentation, such as policies, procedures, records and work instructions.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of production and service processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and policies.
- Identify non-conformities, inconsistencies, or defects in processes, products, or services, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and present quality audit reports to management, highlighting areas of concern and suggested improvements.
- Assets in establishing performance goals and monitor the progress of Company departments, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing and services processes and suggest changes to enhance product or service quality.
- Investigate and address customer complaints related to product or service quality.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of science or Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Previous practical experience of 5 years in the field of FMCG QAS Skills:
- Establish, implement and maintain ISO Standards as but not limited to (9001, 14001, 45001) .
- Good knowledge of GMP and quality systems standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Accuracy with documentation, reporting, and follow-up ·
- Auditing experience with different quality management systems.
