المهام والمسؤوليات
- توسيع الأعمال الإقليمية: بناء قنوات بيع مستدامة وتوسيع حضور BytePlus في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (السعودية، الكويت، قطر، عمان، البحرين) ومنطقة المشرق، مع التركيز الأساسي على حلول الابتكار البصري المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
- استحواذ حسابات استراتيجي: قيادة عملية اكتساب عملاء جدد في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا عبر البيع الاستشاري، والحفاظ على علاقات رفيعة المستوى مع العملاء لتوسيع قاعدة العملاء الحالية.
- الملكية الكاملة لدورة البيع: تنفيذ استراتيجيات الذهاب إلى السوق وقيادة رحلة العميل الكاملة من توليد الطلب الاستباقي إلى إغلاق العقود، مع ضمان نمو ثابت في الإيرادات.
- إدارة دورة حياة التبني: الإشراف على عملية تأهيل العملاء بسلاسة ودفع التبني الكامل للحلول لتعظيم الاستخدام ورضا العملاء والإحالات طويلة المدى.
- إعداد تقارير الأداء والتنبؤ: تقديم تقارير دقيقة عن أنشطة الأعمال وتوقعات المبيعات لضمان التوافق مع أهداف النمو الإقليمية ومعالم المنتج الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال B2B.
- مهارات استثنائية في حل المشكلات مع سجل مثبت في تطوير أسواق مبكرة وإدارة علاقات عملاء معقدة.
- مهارات تواصل وتأثير قوية مع القدرة على التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة المتنوعين في مواضيع الأعمال والتقنية المعقدة.
- عقلية مرنة وريادية وموجهة نحو النتائج مع حماس حقيقي للتعلم في صناعة الذكاء الاصطناعي سريعة الحركة.
- إتقان لغة الماندرين أو العربية (إلزامي) - الماندرين ضرورية للتعاون العميق مع فرق المنتج والبحث في الصين، والعربية ضرورية للتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة المحليين في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خلفية في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو ما يعادلها يفضل، مع فهم تجاري قوي (MBA إضافة جيدة).
- خبرة في إحدى الصناعات التالية: الاتصالات، التسويق الرقمي، الحوسبة السحابية، سحابة الفيديو، أو الذكاء الاصطناعي / تعلم الآلة، ويفضل خبرة في مبيعات الحسابات الرئيسية أو مبيعات الحلول.
- موارد وعلاقات غنية مع العملاء والشركاء الإقليميين وسجل مثبت، وفهم عميق لقطاعات الإنترنت الشاملة والناشئة مثل الألعاب، التجارة الإلكترونية، الإعلام، الرياضة، والترفيه.
- خبرة في توليد المحتوى بالذكاء الاصطناعي وحلول الوكيل الذكي تعتبر إضافة.
- خبرة أو خلفية استشارية مفيدة لهذا الدور.

Responsibilities
- Regional Business Expansion: Establish a sustainable sales pipeline and expand BytePlus’s presence across the GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain) and Levant regions, with a primary focus on visual AI innovation suites.
- Strategic Account Acquisition: Drive "new logo" adoption across MENA through consultative selling, maintaining high-level customer relationships to grow the existing client base.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Execute Go-to-Market strategies and lead the full customer journey-from proactive demand generation to contract closure-ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Lifecycle & Adoption Management: Oversee smooth customer onboarding and drive the full adoption of solutions to maximize usage, customer satisfaction, and long-term referrals.
- Performance Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate business activity reports and sales forecasts to ensure alignment with regional growth targets and internal product milestones.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Completed Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of B2B business development experience.
- Strategic Selling: Exceptional problem-solver with a proven track record of developing early-stage markets and managing complex client relationships.
- Communication & Influence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders on complex business and technology topics.
- Mindset: Agile, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented with a genuine enthusiasm for learning in the fast-moving AI industry.
- Language Proficiency: Mandarin or Arabic business proficiency is required. Mandarin is essential for deep collaboration with China-based product and R&D teams; Arabic is required for effective communication with local business stakeholders in the MEA region.
Preferred Qualifications
- A computer science or engineering equivalent background preferred, strong business acumen with MBA a plus.
- Experience in one of the following industries: Telco, digital marketing, cloud computing, video cloud or AI/ML, experience as a key account sales or solution sales a plus.
- Have rich resources and relationships with regional customers and partners with proven track records, and have a deep understanding of Pan Internet and emerging sectors such as gaming, eCommerce, media, sports, entertainment, etc.
- Experience in AI content generation and agentic solutions a plus
- Experience or a background in consulting will be beneficial for this role.
