شركة amo تبحث عن أخصائي محتوى طموح ومبدع لدول الخليج، للعمل حضورياً في باريس أو عن بُعد من السعودية (الرياض)، الإمارات، قطر، الكويت، البحرين، أو عمان.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير ونمو تطبيق Bump في دول الخليج.
- قيادة جهود المحتوى والإبداع للسوق الخليجي بالكامل.
- إنتاج مقاطع TikToks وReels وإعلانات بأسلوب UGC عالية الأداء.
- بناء وإدارة شبكة من صناع المحتوى الخليجيين.
- إدارة حملات المؤثرين مع كبار المؤثرين والمؤثرين الصغار في الخليج.
- التعاون مع فريق التسويق المدفوع لتحويل المحتوى الجيد إلى أداء ممتاز.
- مواكبة الترندات والانطلاق بها قبل ظهورها في صفحة For You.
- كتابة ملخصات (briefs) وتقديم ملاحظات لمساعدة صناع المحتوى الخارجيين على التألق.
- التعاون يومياً في مكتب باريس مع فرق النمو والتوزيع والمنتج.
- المشاركة في جلسات العصف الذهني واختبار الأفكار بسرعة والمساهمة في تشكيل التوجه الإبداعي للتطبيق.
- دعم الإطلاقات والفعاليات والأنشطة الموجهة للخليج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 1 إلى 5+ سنوات في صناعة المحتوى القصير (علامة تجارية، وكالة، مؤثر، أو صانع محتوى).
- خبرة في صناعة محتوى للإعلانات (خاصة UGC).
- خبرة في إدارة صناع المحتوى أو تقديم ملاحظات إبداعية.
- معرفة عميقة باتجاهات TikTok/Instagram ومشهد صناع المحتوى في الخليج.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- خبرة في العيش في إحدى دول الخليج.

- Grow Bump in the Gulf states (yep, you'll actually own this).
- Lead all content + creator efforts for the Gulf market.
- Make high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads that people actually want to watch.
- Build and manage a pipeline of Gulf creators.
- Run influencer campaigns with top Gulf creators and micro-influencers.
- Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into great performance.
- Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
- Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
- Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
- Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and help shape the creative direction of Bump.
- Support launches, events, and Gulf-focused activations.
- 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator, we care more about your work than your title).
- Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
- Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Gulf creator landscape.
- Arabic language and English language proficiency.
- Experience living in a Gulf state.
- Must be willing to work in person in Paris or remotely from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman.
