Position Title

Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Location

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Role Purpose

Support the successful execution of construction projects by assisting in site supervision, monitoring civil works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and contributing to project quality, safety, and operational efficiency while developing practical engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising civil works and monitoring daily site activities.
• Review engineering drawings and technical specifications to support project execution.
• Participate in site inspections and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans.
• Monitor construction quality and report any deviations or technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders as required.
• Prepare technical reports, site records, and project documentation.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and material tracking activities.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
• Contribute to resolving routine engineering and construction-related issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid membership/registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel between project locations when required.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
