نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه فرصة ممتازة للانضمام إلى فريق هندسي راسخ ومتنامي، حيث ستكون جزءاً من فريقنا الهندسي في الموقع لدعم مرحلة الإنشاء لمشروع ضيافة كبير في الرياض. ستقوم بمراجعة المخططات التنفيذية للمقاول، والحسابات، ومواد التسليم، وبيان الطرق، وطلبات الاستفسار (RFIs)، وإجراء عمليات التفتيش على أعمال الواجهات، ومراقبة النماذج الأولية والاختبار وجودة التركيب، والتحقق من الامتثال للتصميم والمواصفات. ستعمل بالتنسيق مع العميل ومدير المشروع والمقاول الرئيسي ومقاولي الواجهات المتخصصين وفِرق Cundall متعددة التخصصات، مع تحديد المخاطر الفنية والجودة وحل مشاكل الموقع ودعم التسليم الآمن وفي الوقت المحدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية (shop drawings)، الحسابات، مواد التسليم (material submittals)، بيان الطرق (method statements)، وطلبات الاستفسار (RFIs) الخاصة بالواجهات.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش ميدانية على أعمال الواجهات ومراقبة النماذج الأولية (mock-ups) واختبارات الأداء وجودة التركيب.
- التحقق من الامتثال لتصميم الواجهة والمواصفات والتفاصيل المعتمدة.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع العميل، مدير المشروع، المقاول الرئيسي، مقاولي الواجهات المتخصصين، وفِرق Cundall متعددة التخصصات.
- تحديد المخاطر الفنية والجودة بشكل استباقي، وحل مشاكل الموقع، وإعداد تقارير التقدم، ودعم التسليم الآمن لحزمة الواجهات.
- تسجيل وإغلاق ملاحظات التفتيش، ودعم الردود على RFIs وNCRs، وتتبع الجودة والامتثال خلال التركيب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل بكالوريوس في هندسة الواجهات، الهندسة المدنية/الإنشائية، العمارة، التقنية المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية قوية في هندسة الواجهات وتسليم مرحلة الإنشاء في الموقع.
- خبرة مثبتة في الموقع على مشاريع ضيافة كبرى أو متعددة الاستخدامات أو مشاريع بناء معقدة، ويفضل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الخليج.
- خبرة في مراجعة رسومات الواجهات التنفيذية والحسابات ومواد التسليم وبيان الطرق وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) والنماذج الأولية ووثائق اختبار الأداء.
- القدرة على إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني، وتسجيل وإغلاق الملاحظات، ودعم الردود على RFIs/NCRs، وتتبع الجودة والامتثال.
- معرفة عملية بالكودات والمعايير السعودية والخليجية والدولية ذات الصلة بالواجهات ومواصفات المشاريع النموذجية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في الموقع مع التعاون الفعال مع العملاء والمقاولين والمقاولين المتخصصين والمهنيين متعددي التخصصات.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Facade Engineer to join Cundall and support the construction-stage delivery of a large-scale hospitality project in Riyadh.
Based on site as part of our established engineering team, you will review contractor shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, method statements and RFIs, undertake inspections of facade works, monitor mock-ups, testing and installation quality, and verify compliance with the design intent, specifications and approved details.
You will coordinate closely with the client, project manager, main contractor, specialist facade subcontractors and Cundall's multidisciplinary teams, proactively identifying technical and quality risks, resolving site issues, reporting progress and supporting the safe, timely delivery of the facade package.
The Skills
Educated to BEng degree level or equivalent in facade engineering, civil/structural engineering, architecture, architectural technology or a related discipline, you will have strong practical experience in facade engineering and construction-stage site delivery.
You will have a sound technical understanding of facade systems, including stick curtain walling, aluminium and glass systems, metal and stone cladding, windows & doors, skylights, waterproofing, and critical interfaces with the primary structure and adjacent trades.
Given the collaborative, client-facing and site-based nature of this role, excellent communication, clear technical reporting, practical problem-solving, and the ability to work confidently with contractors and multidisciplinary teams are essential.

Key Requirements
- Proven site-based facade engineering experience on major hospitality, mixed-use or complex building projects, ideally in KSA or the wider Gulf region.
- Experience reviewing facade shop drawings, calculations, material submissions, method statements, ITPs, mock-ups and performance test documentation.
- Ability to carry out site inspections, record and close observations, support RFI/NCR responses and track quality and compliance through installation.
- Working knowledge of relevant KSA, GCC and international facade codes, standards and typical project specifications.
- Able to work independently on site while collaborating effectively with clients, contractors, specialist subcontractors and multidisciplinary professionals.
