The Role

We're looking for a Growth Lead whose mission is singular: grow our customer base and increase conversion to paid subscriptions. You'll own the full growth journey - from attracting the right audience to turning them into loyal, paying customers.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes growth, knows how to read customer behavior, and can turn insight into action.

Responsibilities

Drive acquisition of new customers and maximize conversion to paid subscriptions.

Track and analyze customer behavior using analytics tools, and act on what the data reveals.

Design and run campaigns that attract, engage, and convert.

Build and nurture relationships with customers - individuals and companies alike - guiding them toward subscription.

Continuously test, measure, and optimize every step of the conversion funnel.
