Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell residential units across the company’s portfolio of real estate development projects.
- Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Conduct property presentations, project walkthroughs, and client meetings to communicate project value and investment potential.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage prospects through all stages of the sales cycle.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable residential products and payment solutions.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and continuous communication with prospective buyers.
Sales Administration & Documentation
- Prepare quotations, reservation documents, and sales-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, customer service, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates within CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within residential developments.
