=Role Description

The CNC Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machinery to produce precision components. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, loading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and adjusting machine parameters according to technical drawings and specifications. The role involves inspecting finished parts, performing basic quality checks, and making minor adjustments to ensure products meet dimensional and safety standards. The CNC Machine Operator will also perform routine machine maintenance, report equipment issues, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet output and efficiency targets. Accurate documentation of work, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation are essential parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and be able to set up, run, and adjust CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Machining and Milling, including reading technical drawings and using appropriate tools for precise material removal.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to inspect parts, measure dimensions, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with industrial Machinery, including routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous experience as a CNC operator or in a similar machining role is preferred.
