نحن نبحث عن استشاري جراحة تجميل للعمل بدوام كامل مع أحد مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الرائدين في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى المرشح الناجح تقديم خدمات جراحة تجميلية شاملة (تجميلية وترميمية) مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير رعاية المرضى والسلامة والتميز السريري.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم وتشخيص وإدارة المرضى الذين يحتاجون إلى تدخلات جراحية تجميلية وترميمية.
  • إجراء مجموعة واسعة من العمليات الجراحية التجميلية والترميمية.
  • وضع خطط علاج فردية وتقديم استشارة مفصلة للمرضى حول الخيارات الجراحية والمخاطر والنتائج المتوقعة.
  • إدارة رعاية المرضى قبل وأثناء وبعد العمليات الجراحية.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحسين نتائج المرضى.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق سريري دقيق والامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة في المستشفى.
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات القسمية والمراجعات السريرية وأنشطة التعليم الطبي المستمر.
  • المساهمة في تطوير ونمو خدمات الجراحة التجميلية داخل المنظمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة طبية (MBBS / MD أو ما يعادلها).
  • إتمام تدريب الإقامة في جراحة التجميل من برنامج معترف به.
  • شهادة البورد الغربي أو البورد العربي أو البورد السعودي أو البورد الأوروبي أو مؤهل تخصصي معادل في جراحة التجميل.
  • الحصول على تصنيف استشاري ساري المفعول من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات بعد الحصول على درجة الاستشارية (يفضل).
  • خبرة مثبتة في إجراءات جراحة التجميل والترميم.
  • متحدث باللغة العربية (إلزامي).
  • تصنيف استشاري SCFHS (إلزامي).
  • التفرغ الكامل للعمل (إلزامي).
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • الالتزام بالتميز السريري ورضا المرضى.
  • خبرة مفضلة في: جراحة الوجه التجميلية، تجميل الأنف، جراحة الجفن، شد الوجه، جراحة الثدي (تكبير، تصغير، ترميم)، جراحة نحت الجسم، شفط الدهون ونقل الدهون، نحت الجسم بعد جراحات السمنة، الجراحة الترميمية، إصلاح الندبات وترميم الجروح المعقدة.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Surgery Consultant to join a leading healthcare provider in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive aesthetic, reconstructive, and plastic surgery services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients requiring aesthetic, reconstructive, and plastic surgical interventions.
  • Perform a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide detailed patient counseling regarding surgical options, risks, and expected outcomes.
  • Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, and continuous medical education activities.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of plastic surgery services within the organization.


Required Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MBBS / MD or equivalent).
  • Completion of recognized Plastic Surgery Residency Training.
  • Western Board Certification, Arab Board, Saudi Board, European Board, or equivalent specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery.
  • Must hold active SCFHS Consultant classification and registration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-consultancy experience preferred.
  • Proven expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
  • Strong surgical outcomes and patient-centered approach.
