Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager based in Jeddah-KSA to drive the growth of Yuwell’s medical device business in local markets.
You must have relevant experience in medical devices such as blood pressure monitors, digital thermometers, CPAP/BPAP devices, nebulizers, CGM systems, or BGM systems.
You should also have strong key account management experience, particularly in managing major OTC pharmacy chains and developing long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Identify and build relationships with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and B2B partners
- Promote and sell Yuwell’s medical device products (e.g. respiratory, diagnostic, rehabilitation)
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and customer education
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing insights
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts via CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho)
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with HQ teams on logistics, marketing campaigns, after-sales service, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry sales experience
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Medical background or familiarity with respiratory/homecare products preferred
- Results-oriented, self-disciplined, with local mobility
- Priority will be given to candidates from the ventilator, oxygen concentrator, and nebulizer industries.
