Role Description The Safety Jacket Tailors role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves measuring and fitting customers or end users to ensure proper sizing and comfort of safety jackets. Responsibilities include cutting, sewing, and assembling jackets according to safety specifications and company standards, as well as altering existing garments for better fit and function. Safety Jacket Tailors will inspect finished products for quality, collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet production schedules, and communicate with internal customers or project teams about requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong tailoring and dressmaking skills, including experience with industrial or workwear garments.
• Proficiency in fitting and alterations to achieve accurate sizing and comfortable wear.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with colleagues and internal or external clients.
• Attention to detail, quality-focused workmanship, and ability to follow technical specifications and safety standards.
• Experience using sewing machines and related tools; knowledge of durable fabrics and safety garment construction is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, manage time effectively, and meet production targets.
• Previous experience as a tailor or garment maker in uniform, safety wear, or similar fields is preferred.
