تسعى شركة The Family Office Company BSC (c) إلى تعيين مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي مبدع وماهر لتصميم وتطوير ونشر حلول متقدمة في الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي، وذلك في منطقة الرياض. سيعمل المرشح المثالي بشكل وثيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لبناء نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي قابلة للتوسع وتعزيز الأتمتة ودفع عملية اتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير ونشر نماذج التعلم الآلي والتعلم العميق.
  • بناء وتحسين التطبيقات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، بما في ذلك حلول معالجة اللغة الطبيعية (NLP) والرؤية الحاسوبية والتحليلات التنبؤية.
  • التعاون مع علماء البيانات ومهندسي البرمجيات وأصحاب المصلحة لترجمة المتطلبات إلى حلول ذكاء اصطناعي.
  • تطوير وصيانة خطوط إدارة البيانات وسير عمل تدريب النماذج.
  • ضبط وتقييم ومراقبة أداء النموذج في بيئات الإنتاج.
  • دمج نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي في التطبيقات والأنظمة الحالية باستخدام APIs والخدمات المصغرة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث تقنيات وأدوات وممارسات الذكاء الاصطناعي الناشئة.
  • ضمان التزام النماذج والأنظمة بمعايير الذكاء الاصطناعي الأخلاقية ولوائح خصوصية البيانات.
  • توثيق العمليات والنماذج وهندسة النظام بوضوح.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب أو الذكاء الاصطناعي أو علوم البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • 3 سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي أو أدوار ذات صلة.
  • مهارات برمجية قوية في Python (مفضلة) أو لغات مماثلة.
  • خبرة عملية مع أطر العمل الخاصة بالذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, إلخ).
  • خبرة مع المنصات السحابية (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • الإلمام بأدوات وقواعد بيانات هندسة البيانات (SQL, NoSQL, أطر البيانات الضخمة).
  • خبرة في نشر النماذج في بيئات الإنتاج.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • التعلم الآلي والتعلم العميق.
  • معالجة اللغة الطبيعية (NLP).
  • نمذجة البيانات وهندسة الميزات.
  • تطوير ودمج APIs.
  • إدارة دورة حياة النموذج و MLOps.

  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة.
  • خبرة في الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning) - مفضلة.
  • الإلمام بحوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وأطره المسؤولة - مفضلة.

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI-Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI models, enhance automation, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Build and optimize AI-driven applications, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and model training workflows.
  • Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor model performance in production environments.
  • Integrate AI models into existing applications and systems using APIs and microservices. -Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure models and systems follow ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Document processes, models, and system architecture clearly. Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools and databases (SQL, NoSQL, big data frameworks). -Experience deploying models into production environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Machine Learning & Deep Learning -Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Data Modeling and Feature Engineering -API Development & Integration
  • MLOps and model lifecycle management -Version control (Git)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
  • Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
  • Experience in deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
