المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كخبير تقني رئيسي خلال عملية البيع، وإدارة الأنشطة المختلفة لمرحلة ما قبل البيع بما في ذلك العروض التقديمية التقنية، والعروض التوضيحية، ومشاريع إثبات المفهوم.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات والمشاركة في إدارة دورة البيع وخطة الحساب.
- المساعدة في التوسع داخل الحساب من خلال تحديد الاحتياجات الإضافية من الأقسام الأخرى لدى العميل، والبدائل المتاحة للعميل، والجهات الداعمة المحتملة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

Title: Solutions Engineer

What You Will Do
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process. Owning and managing various pre-sales activities - including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept projects
- Collaborate with the Sales team, jointly owning the sales cycle and account plan
- Help to drive deeper & wider into the account - identifying requirements for additional resources from other departments within the customer, customer alternatives (i.e., other means of handling their current requirements), and potential internal sponsors
- Understand and document customer business & technical requirements and use them to create value-based proposals, addressing business drivers & pain points - guiding the technical sales cycle towards a technical close & a business win
- Build strong relationships with key contacts in the partner ecosystem. Work with Channel Sales team to build and strengthen relationships with partners; Oversee product and solutions training and enablement of the partner ecosystem so that they can be leveraged to help drive opportunities to technical close.
- Several years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Enterprise IT Consulting
- Hands-on experience in DEX/EUEM/End User Experience Monitoring or adjacent digital workplace technologies
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoints, applications, networks, and hybrid/cloud architectures
- Familiarity with observability platforms, ITSM, endpoint management, or performance monitoring solutions
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt a broad enterprise platform beyond your core specialisation
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to connect technical insights to business outcomes
- Comfortable engaging with both deep technical audiences and C ‑ level stakeholders
- Confident presenter with excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, self-driven mindset
- Structured, reliable, and customer-focused in complex enterprise environments
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Ability to travel up to ~40%
