يسعى مكتب KPMG في الخبر (المنطقة الشرقية) إلى تعيين مشرف تدقيق خارجي (للسعوديين) للانضمام إلى فريق خدمات التدقيق المالي، مع التركيز على إعداد وتنفيذ وتقييم مهام التدقيق وفقاً لمتطلبات الجهات المعنية والجهات التنظيمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم خدمات التدقيق تشمل تدقيق القوائم المالية والإيضاحات المرتبطة بها ومخرجات أخرى للعميل.
  • التعاون في تخطيط أهداف المهمة ووضع استراتيجية تدقيق متوافقة مع المعايير المهنية.
  • تقييم متطلبات العمل في مهام التدقيق للعملاء مع مراعاة جميع اللوائح.
  • الإشراف على أعضاء فريق التدقيق الأقل خبرة وتطويرهم من خلال تفويض المهام وتقديم التوجيه.
  • كتابة تقارير التدقيق وعرض النتائج على العملاء والإدارة العليا.
  • إظهار فهم متعمق للمفاهيم المحاسبية والتدقيقية المعقدة وتطبيقها على حالات العملاء.
  • مراقبة تقدم فريق المهمة مقابل الخطة وتعديلها عند الحاجة.
  • تقييم المخاطر إلى جانب تصميم إجراءات التدقيق وإبلاغها لفرق المهمة.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل منتجة مع مسؤولي التدقيق لدى العميل، وقياس رضاهم والتواصل معهم على مدار العام.
  • أداء مهام أخرى ضمن النطاق كما يحددها مدير الأداء، وممارسة الصلاحيات الموكلة إليه.
  • الاطلاع على أحدث التطورات في مجال تخصصه.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • مؤهل مهني في المحاسبة مطلوب (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA أو ما يعادلها).
  • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية شرط أساسي.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إحدى شركات الخدمات المهنية الرائدة، ويفضل ضمن مكاتب المحاسبة والاستشارات الكبرى (Big 4 أو Big 10).

Job Summary

Provide audit engagement team services in the field of financial services with the focus on the preparation, delivery, reporting and evaluation of the results of the audit engagement in response to the needs of stakeholders and external regulators.

Roles and Responsabilites

  • Provide audit service including auditing of clients' required financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.
  • Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards.
  • Evaluate the work requirements of audits for clients, taking into consideration all regulations.
  • Supervise junior engagement team members and develop them through effectively delegating audit tasks and providing guidance.
  • Write audit reports and present findings to clients and upper management.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations.
  • Monitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed.
  • Assess risk along with designing and communicating audit procedures to engagement teams.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with audit client personnel, assess audit clients' satisfaction and proactively maintain contact with the audit client throughout the year.
  • Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
  • Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification is required (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA, or equivalent).
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Proven experience with a leading professional services firm, preferably within the Big 4 or Big 10 accounting and advisory firms.
