يعلن مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث بالرياض عن توفر وظيفة مشرف الخدمة الاجتماعية (Supervisor, Social Work).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الإشراف على الأنشطة والبرامج التشغيلية للقسم لضمان تلبية احتياجات المرضى وفريق رعاية المرضى والأطراف المعنية الأخرى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وتنسيقها، ووضع الجداول وتوزيع المهام وتعديلها حسب المتغيرات.
  • تقديم التغذية الراجعة لرئيس القسم حول أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين.
  • إدارة صندوق التبرعات الخيرية، وصرف المساعدات المالية للمرضى حسب معايير الأهلية، وإعداد تقارير الصرف.
  • تصميم برنامج التوجيه وقائمة الكفاءات للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين الجدد، والإشراف على أدائهم وتقدمهم، ومتابعة أنشطة المتدربين بالتنسيق مع المشرف الجامعي.
  • الحفاظ على معلومات سياسات وإجراءات المستشفى، وضمان اطلاع الأخصائيين عليها، ومراجعة وتطوير واقتراح وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات القسم.
  • ضمان التواصل الفعال مع فريق رعاية المرضى والموظفين المعنيين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتعريفهم بخدمات القسم وبرامجه.
  • التوصية بإجراءات التصحيح والتحسين للأنشطة القسمية.
  • مراجعة دراسات الحالات المعتمدة، خطط الحالات، والإحالات إلى الجهات الخارجية، ومراجعة ملفات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وضمان توثيق المتابعة المناسب في سجلات المرضى وفي نظام ICIS.
  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمشرحة وفق التكليف، وضمان التزام الموظفين بمعايير CBAHI والسياسات ذات الصلة.
  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لمبنى ضيافة المرضى، ورفع الإحصاء الشهري لرئيس القسم.
  • تزويد الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمعلومات عن مؤسسات الدعم المجتمعي وتشجيع الاستفادة منها.
  • الإشراف على أداء أخصائي الترفيه، وضمان التغطية الكافية في غرفة اللعب وجودة الأنشطة الترفيهية، وتوفر المواد والأدوات الترفيهية والتعليمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة الماجستير أو البكالوريوس في الخدمة الاجتماعية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات (لحملة الماجستير) أو خمس سنوات (لحملة البكالوريوس).
  • سعوديون فقط.
  • التسجيل الحالي في الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية شرط أساسي.

Summary

Supervises the operational activities and programmes of the Department/section to ensure they meet the needs and requirements of the patients, the patient care team, and other concerned parties.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Supervises and coordinates daily operations of Social Workers. Establishes schedules and assigns work. Changes work assignment to meet changing requirements and conditions.

 2. Provides input to Department Head regarding performance of Social Workers.
 3. Manages charity fund as assigned, disburse financial assistance to patients as per eligibility criteria. Prepare disbursement reports. 
 4. Designs orientation programme and competency check list for the new Social Workers. Supervise their performance and progress, oversees the Social Workers Interns activities in coordination with the concerned University Supervisor. 
5. Maintains information regarding the Hospital policies and procedures and ensures that Social Workers are aware of these and any changes. Revises, develops, recommends and implements new or existing departmental policies and procedures. 
6. Ensures effective communication with patient care team, other concerned staff and Social Workers to ensure awareness of departmental services and programmes. 
 7. Recommends action for corrections and improvements of departmental activities. 
8. Reviews the approved caseload studies, case plans and referrals to outside resources. Reviews caseload of Social Workers and ensures adequate documentation and follow-up recording in social files of the patients. & in the ICIS.
 9. Supervise the daily operation of the morgue as assigned. Ensure morgue staff adherence to CBAHI standards and related KFSH&RC policies & procedures. 
10. Supervise daily operation of the patient Hospitality building. Submit monthly statistic to the Department Head. 
11. Provides information to Social Workers regarding availability of community based support organizations and encourages utilization of these resources. 
 12. Supervise the performance of the recreational therapist, ensure adequate coverage in the play room and quality recreational activities, and ensure availability of recreational and educational items & materials in the playroom

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, or other related disciplines is required

Experience Required

Three (3) years of rated experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Other Requirements(Certificates)

? Saudi Nationals only. ? Current Registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS)is required.
